Ingredients Chickpeas 40%, broad beans 40%, dried dates, raising, onions, garlic, fresh parsley, water, rapeseed oil, salt, spices
Cooking Ιnstructions Fryer: remove from packaging. Put falafels into a heated up to 175°C fryer. Deep fry: them in oil for 2.5 minutes. Oven cook: Remove from packaging. Slightly grease both sides of falafels with sunflower or rapeseed oil. Place falafels directly on a baking try on the middle shelf of the pre-heated oven at 180°C (gas mark 4) for about 10 minutes. Pan: remove from packaging. Pour 2-3 tablespoons of oil into a pan. Place the pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, fry falafel until browned, 2-3 minutes per side. Place fried falafel on a paper towel to drain excess oil. Microwave: Not recommended but id no other option, remove all packaging, place on a non-metallic plate and heat it for 30-40 seconds at 800w. Leave falafel to rest for 3-4 minutes before serving. Do not reheat once cooled
