Peanut butter ice-cream

  • 1 cup (300 gr.) strained yoghurt
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 100 gr. milk chocolate
  • 100 gr. dark chocolate
  • Salt
  • 6 popsicle sticks (optional)


1. Mix the yoghurt, maple syrup and peanut butter well together until fully combined. 

2. Depending on your taste you can adjust the peanut butter and maple syrup quantities.

3. Add two teaspoons of the mixture onto a non-stick paper, forming it into a circle using a spoon.

4. Add a popsicle stick in the middle and smooth the mixture over the stick (or you can skip this step and enjoy them as bites instead.

5. Freeze flat for a few hours until the yoghurt mixture is fully frozen. 

6. Melt the chocolate and leave it to cool down slightly. Spoon over the yoghurt and optionally top with a few flakes of salt. 

7. Finally, freeze until the chocolate has hardened. Keep in the freezer and enjoy!
