Grilled duck with noodles

  • Ingredients for the duck:
  • 1 package pre-cooked duck bone-less
  • 2 tbsp Hoisin sauce
  • Ingredients for the noodles:
  • 1 package Quick cooking noodles
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Ardo diced garlic
  • 2 tbsp Ardo shallots
  • 2 thinly sliced zucchinis (spaghetti)
  • 100 ml Teriyaki with roasted sesame sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth*
  • Black sesame for garnish


  1. In a cooking tray, add a non-stick paper and place the duck (skin side up) and brush with the hoisin sauce. Cook for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180° C. Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Place the noodles in a casserole with salted water and cook for 3-4 minutes. Drain the water and drizzle the noodle with sesame oil.
  3. In a pan, sauté the garlic and shallots with the sesame oil until golden. Then add the zucchinis and stir. Add the teriyaki sauce, the toasted sesame oil, the water and let them boil. Then, add the noodles, stir well and serve.
  4. Cut the duck into thin slices and place them on top of the noodles. Garnish with sesame seeds.
