Marinated lamb chops with chimichurri sauce

Method

1.Marinate the lamb chops for two hours in the fridge.

2. Take them out of the fridge until they reach room temperature, and while you wait put the broccolini in a pan and drizzle with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper. 

3.Add the lamb chops in a different pan and place both in the oven on grill at 200°C for around 12' or until cooked to your liking, turning half way through. 

4.Optionally you can sear the lamb chops on a pan for 2 minutes on each side before baking

5.For the chimichurri sauce, simply add all the ingredients into a blender and mix until well combined:
