- 170g Callipo Tuna Fillets in Brine
- 1/2 cup Ardo Mango Chunks
- 3/4 cup Ardo Edamame Soy beans
- 1 cup foodhaus Wild Rice Mix
- 2 tbsp Chorio extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar*
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp foodhaus honey
Place all the salad ingredients in a jar starting with the rice, followed by the edamame, mango chunks and the tuna.
In a separate jar mix the dressing ingredients and shake until fully combined.
When ready to eat, mix the dressing with the salad and enjoy!
