Grilled Argentinian shrimps with chili, ginger and Chimichurri sauce

  • Ingredients for the Recipe:
  • 1 packet of red Argentinian shrimps 800g
  • 1 tbsp of Chorio extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Maldon sea salt
  • ½ tsp Maldon pepper
  • 2 tsp Ardo ginger
  • 2 tsp Ardo diced garlic
  • 2 tsp Ardo red chillies diced
  • Ingredients for the Sauce:
  • 1/3 glass Chorio extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp Epic Herb & Spice Blend
  • 1 tsp Ardo parsley
  • 3 pieces of dried apricot finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Maldon sea salt


1.For the sauce, put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a spoon, set aside for 15 minutes.

2. Peel the shrimps and leave the head and tail. Place the shrimps in a bowl and marinate with the olive oil, salt, pepper, ginger, garlic, chili and mix lightly by hand.

3. Prepare the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat and cook the shrimps for 2 minutes on each side until cooked through.

4. Serve with the sauce.
