INGREDIENTS

  • 1 packet of Foodhaus Alaska Wild Salmon Sockeye fillets
  • 1 packet Ardo Wok mix vegetables
  • 1/4 of a packet Ardo edamame beans
  • 1/2 tsp Ardo garlic diced
  • 1tsp Ardo ginger
  • 1/2 cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 cup Rice
  • 1/2 cup of fresh orange juice

METHOD

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. On a baking tray add some graseproof paper and put the defrosted salmon fillets on the baking sheet.Set aside.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk soy sauce, honey, orange juice , ginger & garlic.

3. Pour the mixture over the salmon.Close the greaseproof paper so that the sauce stays inside when cooking.

4. Bake the salmon for 15–20 minutes or until done. If you have an air fryer you could also cook it in there.

5. As the salmon bakes, in a saucepan add one cup of rice and 2 cups of water. Allow it to boil and once it’s boiled turn down the heat and add the pans lid on to allow the rice to cook with the steam. It should take 10-15 minutes.

6.In a large wok add the wok vegetables and the edamame beans with Kikoman soy sauce and cook for 5-10 minutes until the vegetables are cooked and nice and warm.

7. When everything is ready add some rice on your plate, then your vegetables and salmon last on the top ! Add some sauce from the salmon for extra flavor and enjoy!
