Burrata sourdough sandwich

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Gioiella Latticini Burrata
  • 1 honest bread country sourdough bread (available at selected stores)
  • 1 Lurpak butter
  • 1 Garlic*
  • 1 Aubergine *
  • Pinch of Maldon Sea salt
  • Diced Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 tbs pesto
  • Handful of capers

METHOD

1. Fry in a pan your sourdough bread with some butter

2. Prepare your baked Garlic & Aubergine by wrapping them in tin foil with some oil and salt. 

3. Bake in Airfryer for 20min at 180 degrees (35 min in oven).

4. Mash them up and place each on one side of your toasted bread.

5. Assemble all ingredients and enjoy!
