Spanish pulled pork on hot dogs

  • 1 package pulled pork
  • 4 foodhaus brioche hot dog buns
  • 6-7 Barba Giannis pickled cucumbers cut into slices
  • 2 tbsp sweet barbecue marinade
  • 1 jar Deliroom bacon jam
  • For the salad:
  • 100 g thinly sliced green cabbage*
  • 1 grated carrot*
  • 1 tbsp Ardo shallot onion
  • 100 g Develey mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp La Chinata smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp Maldon sea salt


  1. Place the pulled pork in a pan and cover with baking paper and aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated oven at 190° C for 25-30 minutes. Once it’s cooked, add the sweet barbecue sauce, stir and set aside.
  2. Put all the salad ingredients in a bowl and mix.
  3. Heat up the brioches and start filling them. First place the salad, then the pulled pork, add the bacon jam and finally the pickled cucumber.
