INGREDIENTS
- For the Dumplings:
- 12 Bibigo pork and vegetable gyoza dumplings
- 1 cup shredded cabbage*
- 1 cup shredded purple cabbage*
- 1 carrot cut in small pieces
- 2 chopped spring onions
- A handful of coriander leaves
- 2 tbsp Mr. Filberts Indonesian cashews chopped
- Roasted sesame seeds to serve (optional)
- For the dressing:
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp sugar*
METHOD
1. Start by mixing together all the ingredients for the dressing.
2. Cook the gyoza dumplings according to the intructions and add the chopped vegetables into a big bowl.
3. Top with the dumplings, drizzle with the dressing and finish with some chopped cashew nuts and (optionally) some roasted sesame seeds.
