Seabream cooked in the oven with herbs, served with potatoes and garlic

  • Ingredients for Sea Bream:
  • 2 foodhaus Seabream cleaned
  • 1 tbsp Chorio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Ardo parsley
  • 1 tbsp Ardo basil
  • 1 tsp Epic Spice Fish seasoning
  • 1 tsp Maldon sea salt flakes
  • Ingredients for the Parisian Potatoes :
  • ½ package foodhaus Parisian potatoes
  • 1 tbsp Chorio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Ardo garlic
  • 1 tbsp Maldon sea salt flakes
  • 2 pinches Maldon pepper
  • ½ pack Ardo green asparagus


Place the potatoes in a pan and add the olive oil, the garlic and season with salt and pepper . Mix and cook in a preheated oven at 180 C° for 40 minutes . In the meantime, place the seabream in another pan and marinate them with olive oil, parsley, basil, Epic fish seasoning , salt and mix. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180C° for 25 minutes. Serve the sea bream with the greens asparagus,after frying them in the pan with some olive oil and salt and pepper.
