Shrimps with couscous flavored with orange

  • 1 cup Agnesi couscous
  • 1 cup Kampos Chios natural orange juice
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tsp Epic Spice souvlaki seasoning
  • Ingredients for the Shrimps:
  • 1 kg Ben's Prawns 13-15 size
  • 1 tbsp Chorio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Maldon sea salt flakes
  • 1 pinch Maldon pepper
  • ½ cup Petritis white wine


In a saucepan pour the juice and water and bring the mixture to a boil. Place the couscous in a pan and the Mediterranean Roasting Rub .Add the juice and water mixture to the pan and mix, leave for 30 minutes until all the liquid is absorbed by cous cous and its cooked. Put the shrimps in a bowl and marinate them with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Put a pan on a medium-high heat and fry the shrimps for 2-3 minutes on each side. When the shrimps start to change colour add wine and continue cooking on a high heat until the alcohol evaporates. Remove from the pan and serve with couscous.
