Yogurt cream with forest fruits

  • 400g Arla whipped cream
  • 250g Zita strained yogurt
  • 70g powdered sugar*
  • 300g Ardo mixed berries
  • 1 package Alion blueberries
  • 1 package Alion raspberries


1. Mix together the cream, the yogurt and the powdered sugar until they become a fluffy and firm mixture like whipped cream.

2. Add half the frozen fruit and mix gently with a spoon.

3. Divide the rest of the fruit into 6 glasses or bowls and top with the cream and garnish with fresh blueberries and blackberries. We can serve immediately, otherwise place in the refrigerator.
