Prawn Toast Tacos

  • 180 gr prawns
  • 2 tortillas
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1tsp sesame oil
  • 1tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp minced garlic Ardo
  • 2 tbsp black and white sesame seeds*
  • 1 Spring onion Alion
  • 1/2 Avocado Alion
  • 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce


1. Finely chop the prawns and press with a fork.

2. Add the egg white, soy sauce, flour, garlic and mix well.

3. Spread a thin layer on top of each tortilla and add the sesame seeds on top.

4.Cook on both sides until the prawns are fully cooked.

5. Serve with avocado, green onion and sweet chili sauce.
