Lamb chops with garlic roasted potatoes and green peas

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 packet of Precut lamb chops
  • 1 packet of potatoes
  • 1/2 glass Chorio extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp Epic Spice seasoning (BBQ Rub)
  • Maldon Salt & Pepper
  • ½ packet Ardo Green Peas
  • 1/2 packet of Lurpak Garlic Butter
  • 2 tbs Agnesi Pesto
  • 3-4 leaves Fresh Basil from Alion

METHOD

1. Oven potatoes - just slightly oil on baking tray and add salt & pepper. 

2. Bake in oven for 15-20 min at 180 degrees.

3.Slightly oil and rub in your epic spice rub,

4.Optional add some salt & pepper. Grill on a pan at high heat. Flip until golden brown. 

5. For the peas,boil water and add a pinch of salt.

6. In the pan with lamb juices, add 50gr of lurpak garlic butter, 2 tbs of pesto sauce and add the roasted potatoes and the peas.Slightly cook for 4-5 minutes.

7.Then simply plate on your serving dish and enjoy!
