Linguine with asparagus, mushrooms & Cretan Graviera

  • 1 packet of Agnesi linguine
  • ½ packet of Ardo asparagus
  • ½ packet of Ardo mushrooms
  • ½ glass of Petritis Kyperounda white wine
  • 200 ml Arla fresh cream
  • ½ packet of Chorio Gruyere
  • ½ packet of Ardo shallots
  • ¾ packet of Lurpak with garlic
  • Salt & Pepper


1. We start our recipe by frying the shallot with the garlic butter.

2.Then, we add the asparagus and the mushroom mix, we turn up the heat for a while and we add the wine.

3. We cook for 10-15 minutes and then we add the cream and the grated gruyere.

4. In the meantime, we boil our linguine and when it's ready, we transfer it into the sauce!

5.We mix well and we add freshly ground pepper and olive oil.
