- Heat the oil in a saucepan in a medium-high heat. At the same time, place the flour, salt, pepper, smoked paprika in a large bowl and mix with a fork.
- After defrosting the shrimps properly, drain them and put them in the bowl with the flour. Mix until the shrimps are covered with flour and fry them until they get a golden color. Once they are cooked, place them on a plate with kitchen paper to drain the excess oil.
- In the bowl with the mayonnaise, put the curry, the juice and zest of the lemon and mix.
- Serve the shrimps with the mayonnaise.
