  • 1 package Mediterranean Gambari Shrimps 340g
  • 1 cup flour F.O.P*
  • 1 tsp Maldon sea salt
  • ½ tsp Maldon pepper
  • 1 tbsp La Chinata smoked paprika
  • 1 cup Develey Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp curry powder*
  • 1 lemon zest and juice*
  • Oil for frying


  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan in a medium-high heat. At the same time, place the flour, salt, pepper, smoked paprika in a large bowl and mix with a fork.


  1. After defrosting the shrimps properly, drain them and put them in the bowl with the flour. Mix until the shrimps are covered with flour and fry them until they get a golden color. Once they are cooked, place them on a plate with kitchen paper to drain the excess oil.


  1. In the bowl with the mayonnaise, put the curry, the juice and zest of the lemon and mix.


  1. Serve the shrimps with the mayonnaise.
