Sauce for mozzarella cheese sticks

  • 400g Pelargos Passata
  • 1 tbsp Chorio extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp Maldon pepper
  • ½ tsp Maldon Sea salt
  • 2 tbsp Epic Spice Mediterranean Roasting Rub
  • 1 pack Foodhaus Mozarella sticks 250g


Put all the ingredients in a frying pan and cook them on medium heat. Let them cook for about 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly. Once the sauce has thickened, remove it from the heat. 

*For the mozzarella sticks, follow the cooking instructions as written on the package
