Cooking Ιnstructions

Microwave:from frozen.Pierce pouch twice near the top. lace the pouch in a suitable microwa-vable dishensuring the pouch is upright to prevent the sauce from escaping. Cook on full power for 8 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute beforeserving. Carefully open the hot pouch withscissors and place on a serving plate. Oven: Remove pork ribs and sauce from the pouch,place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 180⁰C for 30-45 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve.
