      Prepare Use No need to defrost
      Cooking Ιnstructions Cooking instructions: No need to defrost. Ready to cook. Pan: Bake the fillets in butter or oil for about 3 minutes in medium heat until golden brown turning them frequently. Deep fry:er: Preheat the oil to 180°C and bakethe fillets for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Oven: Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake the fillets for 7-9 minutes until golden brown. Microwave: Bake the turkey fillets for 1-2 minutes. To get it crispy use the grill function.
