Grilled vegetables: aubergines, courgettes, potatoes, red peppers, yellow peppers, green peppers, onions (sunflower oil) (in variable proportions)
Oven: Preheat the oven to 200°C. Thinly coat the frozen grilled vegetables with oil, place into an ovenproof dish and heat for 20-30 minutes. Pan: Heat 1-2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a pan. Add the frozen grilled vegetables and cook on a medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Microwave: Place the desired quantity of product in a non metallic microwaveable bowl, cover and cook stirring occasionally.
