Cooking Ιnstructions Panfry: Preheat pan over a high heat. Sear steaks on both sides, reduce the heat to medium and cook for times indicated, turning occasionally. Grill: Preheat grill to a medium temperature. Place steaks under grill and cook for times indicated, turning occassionaly. Allow steaks to rest for 5 minutes indicated, turning occasionally. Rare:4-6 minutes. Medium: 8-10 minutes. Well done: 10-12 minutes.
