Cooking Ιnstructions Cooking instructions: No need to thaw the fish fillets. Pan: Heat the oil. Fry the fillets over medium heat, for 7-9 minutes turningfrequently until golden brown. Deep fry:: Preheat to 170°C and fry for 5-6 minutes. Oven: Preheat the oven to 230˚C. Place fillets intray and cook for 15-20 minutes. Turn fish fillets once after approximately 10 minutes. Serve golden brown.
